My wife and I stayed at Best Western in Darmstadt for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with our bags and making our breakfast experience enjoyable with our baby. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and the nearby garage provided convenient parking. The room was simple but comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bathtub for a relaxing soak. a lovely stay with great service and amenities.

I find the shower a little unfavorably placed and the water pressure should be a little higher.

The staff is very friendly and service-oriented. the breakfast offers a great choice and quality of cereals. There is a coffee machine available in the lobby at all times without extra charge. the beds are very comfortable. the parking garage is large and easy to access.

We found the room excellent, with a wonderful shower. The location is central to the town centre near the Ludvig statue and the main bus hub.

Located near the train station, it was convenient for my travels. I was happy to find a tiny area covered with Wi-Fi in the lobby that allowed me to get work done while waiting for my train. the location near the centre of town was great, and I enjoyed exploring the Christmas market set up in the central square in the evening. the staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious.

The Wi-Fi in the room was slow, making it impossible to stream videos or attend online courses.

The staff was real efficient, and friendly. Check-in process was handled within a minute and most of the time was taken by me signing the filled-in sheet. The breakfast is .. quite reasonable .. staff readying a pot coffee the moment you enter the restaurant. Observing them, these people must really enjoy their efficiency.

ah, there's an lift from the entrance at street level to the reception. There is no lift to the rooms (two floors, up or down from the reception some 1.5 m, ten or so steps). I could imagine elderly people with loads of luggage having problems here.

All is very good - the large room, the excellent Internet, good breakfasts.
